Greenvale Basketball Club is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child and young person. We work to provide a welcoming, inclusive and child-safe environment and will act promptly on any concerns about a child’s safety.

The Victorian Child Safe Standards are mandatory requirements designed to protect children and young people from harm and abuse. Child safety is a shared responsibility across our entire club, including:

• Committee members
• Coaches, team managers, officials, administrators, scorers and other volunteers
• Students undertaking placements
• Contractors and service providers engaged by the club
